Four Days & Three Nights rate (continuous) (Double Occupancy) $675.00
1 Week 7 contiguous nights (Double Occupancy) - $1200.00 for the week
2 or more continuous weeks (Double Occupancy) $2000.00 ($1000 per week)
1 month (4 contiguous weeks) (28 nights) (Double Occupancy) $3750 ($937.50/week)
More than 28 contiguous nights(Double Occupancy)(May through October) $130.00 per night
NOTE: Long Term Rentals for 31 or more continuous days are exempt from the 9% Vermont State Rooms Tax and the 3% Short Term Rental Surcharge. All rates are in USD. We prefer to rent weeks arriving Saturday afternoon, departing Saturday morning. Contact us for different arrangements.
Additional occupants (up to 2 additional for a total of five guests): $30 per person per night.
Refundable Damage Deposit: There is a $100 refundable damage deposit due upon check-in/arrival.
Check In/Check Out: Arrive at or after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and check out at or before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Vermont Room & Meals tax (9%) and Short Term Rental Surcharge (3%) are due upon check in for rentals less than 31 continuous days.

Go to the Reservation Request page and send us your information to include your vacation expectations. If we think that Twin Ponds Cottage is not a good match for your expectations, we will advise you of that. We are not trying to exclude anyone, we just want happy vacationers.
If this is a Short Notice Rental (less than 14 days before your arrival) call us at 802-276-3382. We can accept credit cards over the phone with an additional 3.5% fee.
